Appointments and client accounts

Clients may create an account to request or manage appointments with Bare Luxe Esthetics. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to keep your account information current so the studio can communicate about your appointments.

Deposits, cancellations, and no-shows

Appointment deposits, cancellation expectations, late-arrival policies, and no-show policies are displayed during booking and may also appear in your client dashboard. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policy language shown at the time of booking.

SMS/text message terms

By checking the SMS consent box while creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to receive appointment reminders and booking-related customer care text messages from Bare Luxe Esthetics at the mobile number you provide.

• Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.
• Appointment reminders may be sent approximately 48 hours and 24 hours before scheduled appointments.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services from Bare Luxe Esthetics.

Email communications

Bare Luxe Esthetics may send appointment confirmations, cancellation notices, reminder emails, account-related messages, and client care communications to the email address associated with your account.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with booking operations, or provide false information. Bare Luxe Esthetics may update, suspend, or limit website features as needed for security, maintenance, or studio operations.

Privacy

Your use of the website and client portal is also governed by the Bare Luxe Esthetics Privacy Policy, including the SMS privacy terms related to mobile number and opt-in data.
